2. Description of Service

BlogGenAuto provides AI-powered blog generation services for e-commerce stores. Our service includes:

Automatic blog post generation using artificial intelligence
Integration with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
SEO optimization for generated content
Featured image generation
WordPress publishing integration
Social media video publishing via BlogGen TikTok integration

3. BlogGen - TikTok Integration

BlogGen is our TikTok application that allows you to publish video content to TikTok. By using BlogGen, you agree to:

3.1 TikTok Terms Compliance

Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Only publish content that you have the rights to share
Not use the integration for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
Ensure all published content complies with applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content published through BlogGen to your TikTok account
You must review and approve all videos before publishing
BlogGenAuto is not liable for any content violations or account actions taken by TikTok

3.3 Authorization

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize BlogGen to:

Post videos to your TikTok account on your behalf
Access your account information necessary for the integration
Store authentication tokens securely to maintain the connection

3.4 Disconnection

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through your BlogGenAuto dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will delete your TikTok authentication tokens and cease all posting activities to your account.

4. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

5. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate content
Each blog post generation consumes one credit
Credits are non-refundable once purchased
Unused credits do not expire
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

6. Content Ownership

Regarding generated content:

You retain full ownership of all content generated for your account
You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication
We do not claim any rights to your generated content
You grant us permission to use your product data solely for content generation

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Violate any intellectual property rights
Distribute spam or malicious content
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI service

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

BlogGenAuto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
